Coach Adel is VIP Fitness Studio's sole trainer. Coach Adel is a professionally licensed boxer and certified personal trainer. At VIP Fitness Studio all fitness levels are welcome! Adel's clients range from professional athletes to individuals looking to build a fitness foundation. To maintain the VIP atmosphere sessions are scheduled by appointment.
